Payment and Estimate Terms
Fees are communicated before services begin. Payment is due after the service is completed unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and other standard payment methods. Payment terms for our accounting, tax, payroll, and advisory services are agreed with you before work begins, usually in the written confirmation or service proposal. For one-off consultations, we may ask for payment at the time of booking or after the session, depending on the service. For ongoing monthly accounting or payroll support, we normally invoice at the start of each service period, with payment due within 15 days of the invoice date unless we agree otherwise. We accept bank transfer to the account details shown on the invoice, and we do not store card details on this website because we do not process online payments here. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until payment is received, and we will notify you before taking that step. All fees are stated in euros and may be subject to applicable taxes, which will be shown on the invoice. We do not offer refunds for work already completed, but we will correct errors in our work at no extra charge if the error is on our side. If you have a billing question, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the invoice so we can review it promptly.

Cancellation and Change Terms
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours notice. If a service has already been delivered, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the agreed terms. Cancellation and refund terms depend on the type of service and how much work has already been done. For a one-off consultation, you can cancel or reschedule without charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend, we may charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee, unless there are exceptional circumstances. For ongoing monthly services, you can cancel the service by giving us 30 days' written notice before the next billing period. Work already completed or delivered is non-refundable, but if we make an error in a filing or report, we will correct it at no extra charge. If you paid in advance for a service that we have not started, we will refund the unused portion within 14 days of cancellation. We do not offer refunds for third-party fees, such as official filing fees or notary costs, that we have already paid on your behalf.
